Conditions of Exclusive Distributorship with IVD Research, Inc.

One of the following may be established:

1) Sales figures & forecasts are established. A relationship is developed over the following 6 months to 1 year. When the goals and objectives set forth are met, we may discuss distribution options.

2) We can create an agreement that on a monthly or quarterly basis you agree to purchase a set number of kits or a set dollar amount. Let us know what you think is reasonable.
